A set of three narrative drawings originally for Drawing 1; they were revised by adding colour for Portfolio 1. Each line/phrase is taken from a short poem I'd written in Japanese following the 5-7-5 syllable structure. Igniting a strand of cranes on my back porch and filming it was particulary exciting.
